Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of FrameMux at framemux.com (the service). By signing in or buying credits you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What the service does

FrameMux lets you generate images and videos with third party AI models, such as Kling, Seedance, Veo, Nano Banana and GPT Image, using one credit balance. Models are provided by their makers through API providers. Model availability, settings and prices can change at any time, and a model can be removed if its provider stops offering it.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 18 years old.
• One person per account. Do not share your account or create accounts to collect extra free credits.
• You are responsible for everything generated with your account.

3. Credits and payments

• Each generation costs credits. The exact cost is shown before you generate. Credits are held when a job starts and charged when the result is ready.
• If a job fails, times out or is blocked by moderation, its credits return to your balance.
• Free credits given at sign up have no cash value and can be withdrawn if they are abused.
• Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax, VAT and invoices. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the billing portal. Refunds follow our refund policy.

4. Your content

You keep any rights you have in the prompts and files you upload and in the results you generate, subject to the terms of the model provider that produced them. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and send your inputs to the selected model and to show the results to you. We do not use your private uploads or results in public galleries or marketing without asking you first.

Results generated with purchased credits may be used commercially, within each model provider's terms. AI output can be inaccurate or similar to other people's work, and you are responsible for checking it before you publish it.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our content policy. We may block prompts, remove content and suspend accounts that break it. Do not try to get around moderation, overload the service, scrape it, or resell access to it.

6. Storage

Uploads and results are kept for 30 days and then deleted. Download anything you want to keep.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption or that any model will produce a particular result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies. You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
