Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data FrameMux collects when you use framemux.com, why we collect it and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account data from Google sign in: your email address, name and profile picture.
• Generation data: prompts, settings, the files you upload and the images and videos you generate.
• Billing data: orders, subscriptions and credit history. Card details are collected by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address and request logs, used for security, rate limiting and fixing errors.

Why we use it

• To run your account, generate the results you ask for and keep your balance correct.
• To process payments and send receipts.
• To prevent abuse, such as fake accounts and attempts to get around moderation.
• To answer support requests.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your private files to train models.

Who processes it

• Google, for sign in.
• AI model providers and the API router we use to reach them, which receive your prompt, settings and uploaded files to produce the result.
• Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record, for payments, tax and invoices.
• Cloudflare, Vercel and Neon, which host the site, the API, files and the database.

How long we keep it

• Uploads and generated files: 30 days, then deleted.
• Account and credit history: while your account exists.
• Billing records: as long as tax law requires.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in, and a short lived cookie during Google sign in. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will ask for consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Email support@framemux.com from the address on your account and we will reply within 30 days.
