Refund policy

Failed generations

If a generation fails, times out or is blocked by moderation, the credits it held return to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Credit packs

You can get a full refund for a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Once credits from a pack have been spent, that pack cannot be refunded.

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime in the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the credits already added, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you ask within 14 days of the first payment and have not used any of that period's credits, we refund the first payment in full.

When something went wrong

If a result was clearly broken, for example an empty or corrupted file, tell us and we will return the credits even if the job counted as successful.

How to ask

Email support@framemux.com from the address on your account with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
