Pricing questions
How much is one credit worth?
About one cent at the Starter price. Bigger packs and subscriptions lower that to as little as 0.75¢. Each model, resolution and duration has its own credit price, listed below and shown in the generator.
Is there a free plan?
Every new account gets 48 free credits with no card. That is enough to try most image models several times, or a short clip on a lower cost video model.
What happens if a generation fails?
The credits you were quoted are held when the job starts and return to your balance automatically if it fails, times out or is blocked by moderation.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime from the billing portal. You keep the credits already added to your balance, and no new credits are added after the current period ends.
Who processes the payment?
Payments are handled by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record. They charge your card, calculate sales tax or VAT and send the invoice.
Can I get a refund?
Credit packs with no credits used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. The refund policy has the details for packs and subscriptions.
Can I use the results commercially?
Yes. Files you generate with purchased credits can be used commercially, within each model provider's terms and our content policy.
